TSG is a privately owned company established in 1995, specializing in database management in the areas of Enhanced 911, 411 and printed directory listings, Line Information Database (LIDB) and caller ID (CNAM). The staff at TSG has over 80 years of combined experience working in this highly specialized environment and over 110 years combined experience dealing in the telecommunications industry. As a result of our 10 years in the industry we have developed relationships with all of the major players enabling TSG to service our customers, commercial and private enterprise, in an effective and efficient manner.

TSG prides itself on 100% error resolution, ensuring the record requests you submit will be reviewed and validated prior to submission to the Automatic Line Information (ALI) databases used by the Public Service Access Points (PSAPs) commonly known as E911 call centers.
